Cancellation Policy
At MercedeStyle, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can continue providing the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hour before your scheduled time, or if you fail to show up without notifying us(no call/no show), a fee of 25%(deposit previously paid) of the booked service will be charged.
